Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occasionally occur because of carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high order volume. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing may be outside our control.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Agun & Again is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Agun & Again is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first. You may also email us, and we will do our best to assist.
